Skrypt ten zapewnia graczowi lepsze ceny przy sprzedaży obiektu umieszczalnego. W przypadku umieszczania/sprzedaży obiektu Placeable obowiązuje okres karencji wynoszący 1 miesiąc. Jeśli obiekt Placeable zostanie sprzedany w ciągu 1 miesiąca, otrzymasz zwrot 100% jego kosztu. Po 1 miesiącu cena zostanie obniżona do 80% kosztu, a następnie będzie obniżana co miesiąc (jak w przypadku gry podstawowej). Koszty zagospodarowania terenu nie zostaną Państwu zwrócone.

Jednostkę można przełączać pomiędzy metrami i stopami za pomocą kliknięcia kółkiem myszy, gdy pomiar jest aktywny.
