The landscape offers a mix of rural villages, forests, farmland, and infrastructure typical for northern Germany. The map contains 132 fields with a total field area of 1,161.26 hectares. Additionally, there are 16 empty plots that can be freely used and customized as building land for farms, productions, or other projects. Players will find a balanced mix of small and large fields, making the map suitable for both smaller equipment and large agricultural machinery. Gallery Description FS25 Sivita v1.2.0.0 Welcome to Sivita, a village located in Galati/Romania. The map is created using real terrain data and is a 4x. Map includes: 5 farms already placed, all of them being fully customizable. 233 fields ranging from 0.3Ha to 104Ha so you can use every type of machinery you like. More than 10 parcels of forest available. Couple meadows for the animal farms in the lower part of the map where the main rivers are also located. A total of 7 sellpoints, animal dealer, vehicle shop, lime station and slurry station scattered around the map. Train system is present with a more interactive loading process. Football field and collectibles are also present on the map. Hope you will enjoy exploring this romanian area and have a good farming sesion. V1.0.0.3 bales were added to the seasons and objects that overlapped each other and trees were moved away V1.0.0.2 Greenhouse collision has been fixed. Gallery Description FS25 Vojvodina-Gornje Podunavlje v1.3.3.3 Welcome to Vojvodina-Gornje Podunavlje. This is a large map of the Balkan region (Sombor-Kupusina-Apatin). The map includes: 1 finished farm with objects More than 200 fields 5 forest areas Biogas plant Sawmill Collection points Gas station Several production objects And much more… Required mods: FS25_Garage_45x11 V1.3.3.3 All errors and warnings caused by the last five Farming Simulator updates have been fixed. All objects on the farm are now working again without issues, and every object on the farm can be sold, including decorations. Chickens have been added and now roam freely around the yard, and one garage has been replaced. More field angles have been added, making it look even more realistic when plowing or cultivating on curved fields. Decorative objects that previously had no collision have been partially fixed. There are likely still some fences missing collision, but they will be addressed in the next map update, which is planned in about three months, as a complete map revision is currently in progress and will include many new features. If you encounter any additional issues, feel free to leave a comment. If you press YES, the courses I created will be gone, and you will have to start a new save game or create your own. If you’re wondering why not add the AD courses individually – the answer is a clear NO, because the map already has them. Conclusion Grafenau Farm is n’t a large-scale operation – it’s a place for real farmers seeking peace, a clear overview, and authenticity . A little paradise for those who want to personally attend to every screw, every harvest, and every animal . The Grafenau estate has nothing in common with the town of Grafenau; it is purely a fantasy map and is derived from my name, Graf, nothing more. V1.1.0.0 A new save game is needed!!! Gallery Description FS25 Alpental Here in this beautiful Alpine valley, you’ll find a very hilly landscape that you can cultivate carefully with the right machinery. Some fields are so steep that you’ll need to work with caution. This is not a map for beginners. However, you should not use American machinery! The map was thoroughly tested on the dedicated server for 3 months. 60 fields, 5 farms, 7 forests. Productions: sawmill/carpentry, mill, bakery, hay dryer/fermenter, biogas plant, AllProd: sugar/cans/etc., cheese factory. Special feature: Since there isn’t enough space on the farms for large machines like Ropa, there’s a parking space rental service in the village. Buy one of the farm plots B1-B6 or A1-A5. Gallery Description FS25 Weipersdorf v1.0.0.7 The small hamlet of ‘Weipersdorf’ lies in an idyllic location on the border between Upper Bavaria and Lower Bavaria in the district of Erding Enjoy Bavarian charm on our small but detailed 2x map. The map is based on real terrain on the border between Upper and Lower Bavaria. The idyllic hamlet of Weipersdorf, part of the municipality of Langenpreising, lies nestled among rolling hills with meadows and fields, bordering one of the largest contiguous forest areas in the Erding district of Upper Bavaria. The land consolidation projects of the 1970s and 80s left this area largely untouched, so that fields, meadows, and forests are still largely as they were 200 years ago. The roads are narrow, the forests dense, the meadows lush green, and the locals friendly and welcoming. Let yourself be enchanted by the unspoiled surroundings and cultivate the fields and meadows just like in “Grandfather’s day.” Become part of a small, close-knit village community, meet your friends in the local beer garden, or simply enjoy a fresh grilled fish on a stick with the local fishermen. Take over existing production facilities or expand your holdings with meadows and pastures. Get into the timber trade, take over a farm with an apple orchard and juice press, or work as a contractor and biogas plant owner. There’s plenty to discover and manage, so get started and help one of the nine farms shine again! Gallery Description FS25 Gamsting 2K25 v1.3.0.0 Welcome to the beautiful Gamsting! Nestled in the heart of the mountainous Bavarian Alpine foothills, the idyllic Gamsting Valley lies almost entirely isolated from its surroundings, nestled amidst majestic mountain ranges and inhabited by the affable residents of Gamsting. Of the once numerous isolated farmsteads with thriving agriculture, forestry, and livestock farming in this secluded area , only two remaining farms in the municipality of Gamsting remain . These two farms are now responsible for managing the entire valley, supplying and managing the village’s biogas plants and their own livestock. The local branches of the garden center, warehouse, sawmill, paper mill, potato processing plant, and other businesses are the only partners for the farmers in the region. Nevertheless, agricultural machinery dealers offer a wide selection and a comprehensive range of products. When choosing your agricultural machinery, the hilly terrain should be taken into account. Even the most experienced farmer can reach their limits with large, heavy equipment. The machinery ring is happy to assist you with any further questions. This is our first map conversion and is still under development. 73 fields/meadows, 42 forest areas, 7 selling points, 9 production facilities, 2 farms (one of which is still under construction), 3 free building plots.
